Background

Born in Yamagata city which is located in northern part of Japan's Mainland and raised in Zushi city, south to Tokyo. Majored in English literature in a college in Yokohama. After graduating from college, joined a trading company in Tokyo and worked as a secretary for 8 years. Traveled some countries such as America, Canada, England, and Singapore. Acquired the national license of interpreter-guide in English in 2006.

Specialties and Hobbies

  • Like gardening (especially flowers), chorus (used to be a member of amateur chorus group and wish to join them again), walking (my exercise!) and strolling around the city.
  • Love to visit Buddhist temples and Shinto shrines to feel their quiet atmosphere and to have Gosyuin, a seal given at Buddhist temples and Shinto Shrines.
  • Enthusiast in gardening

Message

Tokyo, our capital, has lots of faces, old part and new part. For example, after strolling around the busy shopping street, you can soon visit Shinto shrine which is very quiet and peaceful. Please enjoy the different atmosphere of each place in Tokyo.
