Tokyo Highlights 6 Hours - West Tokyo [Meiji-Jingu, Harajuku, Shibuya, T.M.G. Bldg. Observatory]

Our family of four, two adults and two children (ages 9 and 13) had a wonderful time on our 6 hour West Tokyo tour with Ryoko. From our first inquiry with the company, the attention to customer service was fantastic. Ryoko met us at our private apartment and helped us navigate our way through Tokyo. We were able to visit the busy shopping districts we might not have ventured to on our own, eat lunch at an amazing Japanese restaurant (Maison), and she assisted us in purchasing our Shinkansen tickets for our trip the next day to Kyoto. When we walked the outside perimeter of the Imperial Palace, Ryoko had an app on her Ipad that showed what the grounds would have looked like during Feudal times. Our children really enjoyed that! As Ryoko continued to pull pictures, maps, tissues, hand wipes, and any other things we needed throughout the day out of her handbag, our son commented in amazement that Ryoko?s bag was like the one Mary Poppins carried. And it was! While Ryoko showed us the sights, she also offered to take pictures of our family. It is not often that we have pictures of the whole family on vacation. That was an extra special benefit of taking our tour with Ryoko! Ryoko was personable, attentive, knowledgeable, and so very accommodating of what we wanted to see and do while on the tour. She even emailed us with suggestions for our time in Kyoto after I wrote to thank her for our enjoyable day. We highly recommend the Tokyo Walking Tour and our excellent guide, Ryoko.
